Traditional Cerdanya cuisine
Our cuisine is committed to quality, local products, with dishes prepared in a traditional way but without giving up innovative touches.
Every day we have an affordable but high quality menu (23,50 € weekends included), with dishes that vary daily and a menu of specialities for the most exquisite palates. All of this with zero kilometre products and a commitment to local commerce.
We have a varied wine list, trying to go for those lesser known wines without leaving aside the more traditional options. We like to take care and carefully select our wine cellar and also our craft beers, one of our weaknesses.
Some of the usual dishes that make customers come to us from all over are our snails on the stove, baked pig’s trotter with pepper and rosemary, baked suckling lamb, trinxat de la Cerdanya (traditional meal made with potatoes, cabbage and pork meat), mi-cuit or cannelloni de la Fonda, among other specialities.
At Cal Fuxet we also pay special attention to the youngest members of the family. Our baked macaroni and grilled meats are a must on our menu and are a delight for the little ones.
